Hi this is Gordon, thank you for viewing my website! As you are curious to know who I am please allow me to introduce myself!

I am a Real Estate Sales Representative with Royal LePage – Your Community Realty, actively serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). I have been licensed for the last 5 years and have been working in the industry for over 10 years. I have a vast amount of experience in working with First Time Home Buyers, Investors, Rural Properties, Vacant Land, and many other types of transactions.

I have always had an extensive history and personal satisfaction in providing the best customer service from all past experiences. Being in Real Estate now allows me to have full control of my own business and focus. My #1 goal and vision in my personal mandate” is providing you the best service!”

When I am not selling real estate I am an active Facilitator at Humber College helping the delivery of the new course curriculum for the new Ontario Real Estate Licensing program. My personal time is spent volunteering at St. Michael’s Hospital, playing with my dogs, and being an active member with my local car enthusiast groups.

Whenever you list your property with me, I'll add your property online so other agents can immediately access your property information.  In addition, your property will be included in any printed MLS® books.  I also regularly publish in magazines and papers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers.

When you consider it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your property.  I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers.  The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your region.  You can complete my online form to get a feel for your home's market value.
